Build your AI Chief of Staff in four weeks.
A live, hands-on program for founders ready to build an AI system that actually carries some of the operational weight of running their business.
4 weeks · Live workshops · Office hours · Founder community
Early Bird messaging:
Early Bird: $1,300
Regular Price: $1,500
Early Bird pricing ends September 1.
Presented by Female Founder Collective, in partnership with Vibe Code Mama.
A Chief of Staff can cost $150K+ a year.
In four weeks, build a system trained on how you actually run your business — for $1,300.
No six-figure salary. No recruiting fee. No months of onboarding.
You're the CEO, the ops team, and the person who still hasn't followed up with that vendor.
Most founders are running their business wearing five or more hats at once.
Nobody starts a company hoping to spend their nights on admin work, and yet that’s where the hours keep going. The parts of the business you wanted to build get pushed to tomorrow.
This program is where you start handing those jobs off.
You're not leaving with a slide deck. You're leaving with a system.

Teach Claude the business, brand, customers, and founder voice. Configure and test the first scheduled task.

Week 3 · Build the AI advisory stack
Define delegation boundaries and build finance/operations and sales/marketing advisory agents grounded in the founder’s company and voice.
Week 4 · Optimize + refine
Tune the system, establish a weekly maintenance rhythm, create a leadership update, and prepare the founder’s demo story.
[BONUS] Week 5 · Demo + showcase @ Tech Week
See you in SF and LA! Celebrate working systems, capture transformation stories, and connect participating founders through an IRL experience.
Plus: Live office hours, a founder community building alongside you, and two in-person bonus sessions at SF Tech Week and LA Tech Week.

Built for non-technical founders.
This program is for founders who are already experimenting with AI but haven’t built anything custom or reliable yet.
You don’t need to know how to code.
You’ll need a paid Claude account and some basic familiarity with AI tools, but we’ll help you build the actual system.
Already have a Chief of Staff or ops lead?
Bring them.
This isn’t about replacing them. It’s about giving your team a system that handles repeatable work so their time can go toward higher-value work.
